The Subject Of The Order Is: Maintenance Services For Electrical Installations And Intercom Installations, Together With Failure Protection (Emergency Service) In Buildings And Outdoor Areas As Well As Commercial Premises Belonging To The Residential Resources Of The Ursynów District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. The Subject Of The Service Is To Ensure Full Efficiency And Safety Of Electrical Installations And Intercom Installations By Performing Operation And Maintenance Of Installations And Devices, As Well As 24-Hour Emergency Service. The Scope Of Maintenance Works Covered By The Order Includes: - Activities To Be Performed Periodically, Included In The Operating And Maintenance Instructions For Installations And Devices, As Well As In The Relevant Regulations Regarding These Installations And Devices, - Activities Necessary To Be Performed Immediately As A Result Of Failures And Damages To The Installation Identified By The Contractor Or Reported To Him By The Ordering Party, Electrical Devices And Intercom Installations, Including Security Works. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: 1) Designed Provisions Of The Contract Together With Annexes Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz; 2) Description Of The Subject Order Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz, Which Is Also Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
