Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of High Metane Type E Natural Gas For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Czerniejewo And Its Organizational Units

1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of High Metane Type E Natural Gas For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Czerniejewo And Its Organizational Units For The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Gas Will Be Supplied On The Basis Of A Contract Containing The Provisions Of The Sales Contract And The Contract For The Provision Of Gas Transmission Or Distribution Services (Comprehensive Contract) And Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997. Energy Law, The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis. The Czerniejewo Commune And The Entities Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Will Conclude Separate Agreements Resulting From This Public Procurement Procedure In The Basic Mode For The Comprehensive Supply Of High Metane Natural Gas, Type E Needs Of The Czerniejewo Commune And Its Entities Organizational.2. The Ordering Party Acts On Its Own Behalf And On The Basis Of The Signed Agreement, On Behalf Of:• Primary School In Czerniejewo• Primary School In Żydowo• Kindergarten Wróbelek Elemelek In Czerniejewo• Kindergarten Leśna Polana In Żydowo• Public Library Of The City And Commune In Czerniejewo• Municipal And Communal Social Welfare Center In Czerniejewo• Club Childrens Colorful House In Żydowo3. Order - Comprehensive Supply Of Natural Gas To The Facilities Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz:1) The Estimated Demand For Natural Gas In The Period From February 1, 2025 To January 31, 2026 Is 1,283,199.00 Kwh. For The Costs Of Using The Subject Of The Order In The Above-Mentioned Period Consists Of: Gas Sales Fee, Subscription Fee, Fixed Distribution Fee And Variable Distribution Fee.2) The Estimated Value Of The Order In The Period From February 1, 2025 To January 31, 2026 Is Pln 435,577.80. The Costs Incurred During The Entire Period Of Using The Subject Of The Order Do Not Include Any Fees For Exceeding The Contracted Capacity, Fees For The Ordering Partys Failure To Comply With The Restrictions Introduced By The Distribution System Operator, And Other Additional Fees Set Out In The Distribution System Operators Tariff, Operation And Operation Instructions. Distribution Network, Which Applies To All Contractors And Ordering Parties (Sellers And Recipients), On The Terms Resulting From The System Operators Tariff Distribution, Instructions For Operation And Operation Of The Distribution Network.4.
