The Municipality Of Tréport Owns A Casino Including: A Games Room, A Bar And Restaurant (Capacity Of 56 Seats), A Cinema Room With A Capacity Of 332 Seats, A Multi-Purpose Room, A Disused Nightclub. The Concessionaire Will Be Responsible For The Operation Of The Goods Made Available To It (Casino, Restaurant, Cinema, Multipurpose Room) According To The Conditions Set By The Consultation Specifications. The Main Missions Of The Concessionaire Are As Follows: The Operation Of The Games Room, The Operation Of The Bar And Restaurant Activities (Capacity Of 56 Seats), The Organization Of 40 Events Of All Types In The Casino Spaces, The Implementation Free Use Of A Maximum Of 5 Days Per Year From The Cinema Room And A Maximum Of 5 Days Per Year From The Multi-Purpose Room For The Benefit Of The Municipality For The Organization Of Various Events, The Participation Of 4 Events Outside The Walls Of The Casino To Promote The Image Of The Town. The Operation Of A Year-Round Cinema Hall With A Capacity Of 332 Seats. Carrying Out The Investment Program Charged To The Concessionaire; Upkeep And Maintenance Of The Property Made Available To It; Payment Of Contributions For The Benefit Of The Municipality (%Pbj, Rent, Contributions To Cultural Development)
