Part 1 - Implementation Of Individual Consultations With A Psychologist For Children: Implementation Of The Service In The Form Of Individual Psychological Counseling On Average. 1 Hour Child/Month X 40 Children - Total 480 Hours In The Period From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To December 31, 2025. The Number Of Hours For Individual People May Vary Due To Individual Needs. One Hour Is Considered To Be 60 Minutes Of Classes. Support Will Be Provided In The Form Of Individual Sessions After Prior Diagnosis By A Social Worker And On The Basis Of An Individual Support Path. The Service Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Schedule Agreed Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor. Due To The Fact That The Ordering Party Is Recruiting Project Participants, The Schedule Will Be Updated By The Ordering Party Along With The Recruitment Progress. It Is Estimated That 40 Children Aged 3-18 Will Benefit From The Counseling. The Sessions Will Take Place In Direct Contact With A Specialist. The Maximum Duration Of The Service Is 480 Hours, With The Contractors Remuneration Only For Hours Completed. The Ordering Party Or The Childs Legal Guardian May Cancel The Planned Meeting No Later Than 24 Hours Before Its Date. In Other Cases, The Hour Is Considered Completed. This Does Not Apply To Random Situations Confirmed In Writing (E.G. By A Doctor). A Single Session With A Psychologist For One Child Covered By Support Cannot Exceed 60 Minutes, I.E. One Hour Of Service. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
