Sewage Services – Selection Of The Water Management Infrastructure Operator Of The City Of Kuřim. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Contract For The Operation Of Water Pipes And Sewers For Public Use Owned By The City Of Kuřim (Hereinafter Referred To As Concession Contracts Or Operating Contracts), I.E. Operating Contract In The Sense Of § 8 Par. 2 Of Act No. 274/2001 Coll., On Water Supply And Sewerage For Public Use And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws (Act On Water Supply And Sewerage), As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Zovak) With The Right To Select Water And Sewage Belonging To The Concessionaire In The Sense Of § 8 Par. 13 And 14 Zovak, The Subject Of Which Will Be The Lease Of Water Pipes And Sewers Owned By The City To Kuř Concessionaires And The Concessionaires Obligation To Ensure The Proper Operation Of This Property In Accordance With The Relevant Provisions Of Zovak. For The Rental Of Water Pipes And Sewers, The Concessionaire Will Pay Rent To The Contracting Authority In Accordance With § 2332 Para. 1 Of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code. In Order To Ensure The Operation Of The Water Supply And Sewerage System, The Contracting Authority Shall Assign To The Winning Participant Its Right As The Owner Of The Water Supply System And Sewerage System For Public Use To Prescribe And Collect Water And Sewage From Customers.
