The Municipality Of Lüsslingen-Nennigkofen Currently Operates Two School Buildings Within Its Municipal Area And Will Need Additional Space In The Coming Years In Order To Accommodate The Number Of Students And To Provide The Educational Space Requirements. As Part Of The Clarification Of Needs, Solution Conception And Feasibility Study For School Space Planning In Lüsslingen-Nennigkofen, Various Variants Were Examined By Context Plan Ag And A Decision Was Made To Merge The School Buildings At The Lüsslingen Location. The Existing Building Therefore Needs To Be Expanded And Renovated. The Project And Target Definition Or The Task On Which This Tender Is Based And Its Framework Conditions Can Be Found In The Report On The Feasibility Study (Annex Bl03). In The Feasibility Study, Two Fundamentally Different Solution Approaches Were Examined In Order To Examine Their Feasibility And The Resulting Consequences And To Derive Important Insights From Them. Due To Limited Financial Resources, Proposing A Solution That Was As Economical As Possible Was Of Great Importance. The Aim Of The Planner Selection Process (Phase 2: In-Depth Performance-Related Planner Selection) Is To Enable The Participants To Carry Out A Varied Analysis And Evaluation Of The Variants And Findings Of The Feasibility Study, To Be Able To Weigh Up Different Attitudes Against Each Other If Necessary, To Identify Optimization Potential And To Provide A Qualified, Justified And Reliable One To Make A Broadly Based Variant And Fundamental Decision For Further Project Planning And Implementation. The Planning Team That Can Demonstrate The Most Convincing And Qualified Approach To The Topic And Task Will Be Awarded The Contract. Its Contents Serve As The Basis For Further Project Planning. For The Planning And Implementation Of This Task, A Competent Planning Team From The Departments Of Architecture (Lead) And Landscape Architecture Should Be Sought Through The Selective Planner Selection Process. A Working Group Between Architecture And Construction Management Is Permitted Provided That Regular Collaboration Can Be Proven. The Client Intends To Conclude Individual Contracts With The Respective Specialist Disciplines. No General Planning Contract Is Intended.
