Survey, Identification And Production Of Green Spaces, Green Space And Outdoor Elements And Equipment In The Area Of The County City Of Debrecen, Based On Data Obtained By High-Resolution Aerial Remote Sensing And Mobile Laser Scanning And Field Visits - Geodetic Surveys (Hereinafter: Basic Data), As Well As These Surveyed Elements Into Geospatial Databases (Hereinafter Database) Organization, Urban Development And Urban Management To Support Tasks, To Assist Decision-Making, As Well As To Conduct A Detailed Quality Assessment Of The Infrastructure Elements That Have Been Cadastralized. Databases And Tasks To Be Created: 1. Databases Identified And Created From Basic Data Measured By Aerial Remote Sensing (Lidar): 1.1. Surface Coverage Map With Green Space Categories 1.2. Tree Species Map (With Hyperspectral-Based Method) 1.3. Indoor Wood Probe 2. Databases Identified And Created From Basic Data, Surveyed With A Mobile Laser Scanner Process And Field Visit - Geodetic Survey: 2.1. Cadastre Of Green Space Objects And Trees In Public Areas 3. Databases Produced During The Detailed Examination Of Green Space Objects 3.1. Storm Risk Analysis 3.2. Status Analysis General Expectations For The Basic Data And Database Produced By The Winning Bidder: The Production Of The Point Cloud Data Set Used For The Production Of The Databases Must Not Be Older Than The Date Of The Conclusion Of The Contract. The Data And Databases Extracted, Identified And Processed By The Aerial Remote Sensing Survey, Mobile Laser Scanner Survey, And Field Visit - Geodetic Survey Must Be Compatible With The Target Application For Registering Outdoor And Green Space Elements Of The City Operation (Hereinafter: Green Cadastre) And With Previously Prepared Surveys, Considering That The Data And Databases Must Be Loaded By The Bidder A Green Cadastre. The Contracting Authority Wishes To Use The Completed Survey Results In The Performance Of (Other) Municipal Tasks, Therefore It Is In The Contracting Authoritys Interest That The Completed Survey Results Are Compatible With Previously Completed Surveys And With The Framework Used By The Contracting Authority. The Winning Bidder Must Perform The Tasks According To The Industry Standards (See Annex 2 Of The Technical Specification That Is Part Of The Public Procurement Documents). The Existing Green Cadastre Uses Json Format For Descriptive Data And Geojson Format For Storing Map Elements. Json Objects Must Contain All Necessary* Metadata And Descriptive Information* Obtained During The Survey. The Geojson Objects Must Contain Spatial Data*, Such As The Coordinates Of Points, Lines Or Polygons.
