The Subject Of The Order Should Be Developed In Stages: 1) Stage I - Urban And Architectural Development Concept For The Reconstruction Of The Bielnik Pond Water Reservoir Along With Land Development. 2) Stage Ii - Construction And Executive Design Of Land Development For The Reconstruction Of The Staw Na Bielnik Water Reservoir, Together With A Design Of Land Development In Żyrardowie.
