Tenders Are Invited For Providing Access Services To Sports And Recreational Facilities And Activities In The Form Of Subscriptions For Employees Of The Chancellery Of The President Of The Republic Of Poland, The National Security Bureau And The Kprp Service Center
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Access Services To Sports And Recreational Facilities And Activities In The Form Of Subscriptions For Employees Of The Chancellery Of The President Of The Republic Of Poland, The National Security Office And The Kprp Service Center (Hereinafter: Services). The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Co-Financing From The Company Social Benefits Fund. Services Will Be Paid For By Employees From Their Private Funds.2. The Scope Of The Service, Specifying The Items Constituting The Order And The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding Quality Parameters, Is Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz). The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Use The Facilities And Activities During The Term Of The Agreement. Sports And Recreation By A Smaller Or Larger Number Of Employees Than Specified In The Opz, Which Does Not Entitle The Contractor To Make Claims Against The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Expects To Provide The Service In At Least 50% Of The Scope Of The Order Referred To In Referred To In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex 2 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Claims For Not Using The Full Value Of The Contract. The Contractor, Along With The Offer, Is Obliged To Submit A List Of Facilities Where Sports And Recreational Activities Will Be Held, Divided Into Facilities Located In Warsaw And Facilities Located In Poland.
