1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Shelter For Homeless People From The City Of Gniezno In 2025 - Providing Shelter With Care Services For Homeless Men And Women. The Subject Of The Order Is: Provision Of Shelter Services With Care Services And Meals, I.E. Providing Temporary 24-Hour Shelter In A Shelter For An Estimated 5 Homeless Men And Women, Ensuring The Necessary Social Conditions For Homeless People And Conducting Social Work Aimed At Helping In Dealing With Basic Life Matters , Developing Or Strengthening The Activity And Independence Of Homeless People, Restoring Life In Society And Providing Care Services. The Standard Of Basic Services Provided In A Shelter For Homeless People, Qualifications Of People Providing Services There And The Standard Of The Facility In Which The Shelter For Homeless People Is Located Must Be In Accordance With Annex No. 3 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of April 27, 2018 On Minimum Standards For Night Shelters, Shelters For Homeless People With Care Services And Heating Rooms (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 896, As Amended) And The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 1283, As Amended). The Ordering Party Explains That The Contractor Applying For The Contract Is Obliged To Meet The Basic Standards Of The Facilities Where Shelter Services Are To Be Provided, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Subject To Art. 4 Of The Act Amending The Act On Social Assistance Of February 8, 2018 (Journal Of Laws 2018, Item 700, As Amended). The Qualifications Of Persons Providing Services In The Shelter Must Be In Accordance With Art. 48A Section 2H Of The Act Of 12 March 2004 On Social Assistance. The Number Of Homeless People Given By The Ordering Party Is The Number Expected During The Entire Duration Of This Order. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Above. Number Of People Depending On The Number Of Actual Needs In This Area. The Minimum Order Quantity Is 183 Days (Person-Days) Of Stay, And The Maximum Order Quantity Is 365 Days (Person-Days). The Contractor Declares That He Accepts The Above Reservations And Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims, Including Monetary Ones, Against The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Pay For The Actual Number Of People Using The Services Provided By The Shelter. Each Time A Person In Need Of Shelter Will Be Placed On The Basis Of An Administrative Decision Granting Assistance In The Form Of Shelter, Issued By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Gniezno.
