• Service In Emptying Septic Tanks And Transporting Liquid Waste From The Rzoo In Sianów To The Catchment Station In Jamno, Using Specialized Vehicles To Which The Contractor Has The Legal Title. • Liquid Waste Delivered To The Catchment Station Cannot Be A Mixture Of Domestic Liquid Waste And Liquid Waste. Industrial Waste, Waste From Portable Toilets Or Sludge From Home Sewage Treatment Plants Sewage, As Well As Mixtures Of Liquid Waste Collected From The Rzoo Area In Sianów With Waste Collected From Other Producers.• The Contractor Must Provide The Services That Are The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Applicable Law And In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Decision Of The Mayor Of The Commune And City Of Sianów To Conduct Activities In The Field Of Emptying Septic Tanks And Transport Of Liquid Waste, With Due Care.• The Contractor Is Obliged To Have The Ability To Export To Catchment Station 200 M3/Day, And The Actual Amount Of Leachate Removed In A Given Week Will Be Indicated By The Ordering Party No Later Than Friday Of The Previous Week.
