Pension Services - Additional Voluntary Pension Insurance For The Employees Of The State Enterprise Port Infrastructure. The Subject Of The Order Is The Selection Of A Pension Insurance Company, Which Has Established And Manages A Fund For Additional Voluntary Pension Insurance, With The Aim Of Additional Voluntary Pension Insurance For The Employees Of The State Enterprise Port Infrastructure (Dppi) With Contributions From The Employer For The Insurance Cases Of Old Age, Disability And Death. Additional Voluntary Pension Insurance Is Carried Out At The Expense Of Dppi (Employer) And For The Benefit Of The Employees In The Enterprise (Including Those Employed In The Head Office, Branches-Territorial Divisions And Specialized Divisional Directorates), As Well As For The Benefit Of Persons, Working Under A Contract For The Assignment Of Management And Control In The Enterprise. The Monthly Contribution For Each Employed Person Is In The Amount Of 50.00 (Fifty) Bgn And Is Determined By A Decision Of The General Assembly Of Workers And Employees. As Of The Date Of The Order Announcement, The Staff Of Dp Port Infrastructure (Actually Employed Workers, Employees And Persons Working Under A Management And Control Contract) Amounted To 366 People. The Additional Voluntary Pension Insurance, Which Is The Subject Of This Order, Should Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Social Insurance Code, The By-Laws For Its Implementation, The Rules For The Organization And Activities Of The Ddpo Fund, The Current Bulgarian Legislation And The Terms Of The Contract For Awarding The Execution Of The Order (The Insurance Contract). Ddpo Has A Voluntary Nature And Is Part Of The Social Policy Of Dppi.
