Ensuring Traffic Service By Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers By Public Rail Passenger Transport Within The Operating Group Ještědská Železnice Ii In Part Of The Territory Of The Liberec Region In The Sense Of § 3 Par. 2 Zvs And To The Extent Stipulated By The Contract. Traffic Services Will Be Provided On Sections Of The Tracks In The Territory Of The Liberec Region And, With The Consent Of The Ústí Region, The Hradec Králové Region, The Central Bohemia Region And The Pardubice Region, Also In The Territory Of These Regions (Possibly With Further Extensions To Other Regions Or States). The Focus Of Performance Will Be On Lines L2 And L3, While These Performances May Be Supplemented By Other Performances In The Territory Specified Above. On The Line L2 Liberec – Děčín, Approximately The Current Range Of Services Will Be Ordered With A Possible Increase In The Frequency Of Connections, Extension Or Addition Of Services (Possibly Also On Connecting Lines), Including Inserted, Booster And Tourist Connections. The Contract(S) Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 13 To 15 Years, If The Contract Were Concluded Simultaneously For The L2 And L3 Lines (Taking Into Account The Year Of The Start Of Operation Of The L3 Line), In Other Cases It Would Be Concluded For A Period Of 15 Years. The Start Of Operation Is Expected In December 2031. On The L3 Line Liberec – Hradec Králové, Approximately The Current Range Of Services Will Be Ordered, With A Possible Increase In The Frequency Of Connections, An Extension Or Addition Of Services (Possibly Also On Connecting Lines), Including Inserted, Booster And Tourist Connections, Including A Possible Connection To Mladé Boleslav And/Or Pardubice. The Contract(S) Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 15 Years. The Start Of Operation Is Expected In December 2029, But With Regard To The Start Of Operation On Transport Services Ordered By The Ministry Of Transport Of The Czech Republic In The Operating Set Referred To As Mini Deal (Set Of Lines R14a, R14b, R21, R22 And R24), The Start Of Operation May Occur In December 2030 , Respectively In December 2031. On The Basis Of This Notification, It Is Possible To Conclude One General Or Even More Public Service Obligation Contracts In The Transport Of Passengers By Public Rail Passenger Transport. It Is Assumed That The Liberec Region Will Conclude The Contract With The Carrier With The Consent Of The Ústí Region And The Hradec Králové Region. However, The Possibility Of Concluding Multilateral Contracts (Multiple Regions With The Carrier) Or Concluding Multiple Contracts (The Carrier With The Relevant Region To Ensure Services On Its Territory) Cannot Be Ruled Out. On The Basis Of This Notification, A Contract(S) May Be Concluded Even Only For The Services On The L2 Line Described Above, Or Only On The L3 Line, And At The Same Time It May Also Happen That The Contract(S) For The Services In Question Will Not Be Concluded By The Liberec Region, But Will Be Concluded On The Basis Of This Announcement, Another Region Or Regions As The Customer. These Procedures Can Also Be Combined With Each Other.
