Prior Information Notice For Public Road Transport Services – Urban, Suburban, Extra-Urban And Maritime Local Public Transport Service Under The Jurisdiction Of The Ato Of The Province Of Taranto. Since It Is Not Currently Possible To Precisely Determine The Amount Of Kilometers Travelled, An Indicative Estimate Is Provided Based On The Distances Traveled And The Annual Resources Allocated For The Compensation Of The Minimum Services And Additional Services (Including The Charges For The Adaptation Of The Ccnl And Excluding Vat) Assigned To The Ato Of The Province Of Taranto, As Specified In D.G.R. N. 2304/2019 And Its Rectification With D.G.R. N. 237/2020, Which Are Currently Being Updated: - 10,140,012 Buses*Km*Year/€22,185,332.25 For Extra-Urban Transport Services; - 7,003,265 Buses*Km*Year/€15,541,253.51 For Urban Transport Services Of The Municipality Of Taranto; - 1,876,068 Buses*Km*Year/€4,163,266.70 For Urban Transport Services Of The Other Municipalities Of The Ato Of The Province Of Taranto Currently Assigned Tpl Services; - 5,976 Ships*Km*Year/€88,757.50 For Maritime Services. The Overall Total Of Service Kilometers To Be Tendered For A Duration Of 9 Years Therefore Amounts To: - For Road Transport 171,174,111.66 Bus*Km And €377,008,672.14 (Including Costs For The Adaptation Of The Ccnl And Excluding Vat); - For Maritime Transport At 53,783.37 Ships*Km And €798,817.50 (Including Charges For The Adaptation Of The Ccnl And Excluding Vat). We Reserve The Right To Divide The Contract Into Lots And/Or To Entrust Part Of The Services In House. The Contractor Will Be Required, On An Annual Basis, At Least To: A) Guarantee The Distances Relating To The Minimum Services Identified By The Puglia Region. B) Carry Out The Journeys For Additional Services Identified Annually By The Government Body And Not Currently Foreseen; C) Apply The Tariffs Established By The Government Body; D) Apply The Foreseen Tariff Concessions. Regional Funding Will Be Subject To Possible Variations Depending On State And Regional Budget Policies. The Compensation Will Be Established By The Puglia Region With Its Own Measures. All Undefined Elements Will Be Clarified And Integrated By The Publication Of The Tender Notice. The Maximum Amount That Can Be Subcontracted To Third Parties Is 20%. The Fee Is Established In The Art. 17 Of Regional Law N.18/2022 And Subsequent Amendments. Any Changes To The Conditions Of The Subcontract Will Be Made Available By The Publication Of The Tender Notice.
