Operation Of Water Supplies – Operation Of The Public Drinking Water Distribution Service In The Territory Of Arc Sud Bretagne (Asb) In Part, Redon Agglomération In Part, Questembert Community In Part (Zone D). Zone D: Operation Of The Drinking Water Distribution Service Including Customer Management In The Territory Of 21 Municipalities (For Information, In 2023: 1,159 Km Of Network, 12 Reservoirs, 27,839 Subscribers, 1,980,523 M3 Consumed). The Services Will Be Defined In The Dce, Including: Water Distribution Within The Concession Area. Operation, Monitoring, Upkeep, Maintenance. Renewal Of Rotating Equipment, Hydraulic Accessories, Electromechanical Equipment. Improvement Of Heritage Knowledge, Including Structuring Of A Gis And A Maintenance Database. Customer Management: Reception/Subscriber Relations, Non-Contentious Invoicing/Collection. Transmission Of Data, Information And Advice Relating To The Operation Of The Service. Permanent Exchange At The Production/Distribution Interface. The Concessionaire Will Collect The Revenue In The Name And On Behalf Of The Community, Then Will Be Paid. Profit-Sharing May Be Received If Contractual Commitments Are Achieved. Penalties Will Be Imposed For Non-Compliance With Obligations. The Resumption Of Personnel Will Take Place In Accordance With The Regulations In Force. As Part Of The Mandatory Variant, The Deployment And Operation Of Remote Meter Reading Is Planned Over The Entire Concession Area.
