3.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Pedagogue Services By Providing Pedagogical And Educational Assistance For Children And Youth And Their Guardians, Including Educators, As Part Of The Free 24-Hour Childrens Helpline (Hereinafter Referred To As Dtz), Run By The Ordering Party, In Particular In The Field Of Peer Violence, Matters Related To The Assessment, Classification And Promotion Of Students, Individual Teaching, Cooperation Of Schools, Kindergartens And Other Institutions With Guardians/Parents, Pedagogical Assistance Implemented In Kindergartens, Schools And Other Institutions, Safe And Hygienic Conditions Of Learning And Upbringing, Reorganization Of Schools, Liquidation Or Merger Of Departments And Matters Related To The Organization Of Transport Of Children To Schools. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Its Implementation Are Presented In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Constitutes A Model Contract With Annexes.
