Tenders Are Invited For Implementation Of A Central Integrated Energy Efficiency Management System In The Zgiuk Lubań Social And Office Building

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation And Delivery Of A Multi-Facility Central Integrated Energy Efficiency Management System (Hereinafter Referred To As The Eems System) For A Social And Office Building (Logistics Base) Belonging To The Zakład Gospodarki I Urząd Miejskinych In Lubań At Ul. Bazaltowa 1. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Implementation Activities, Which Must Be Agreed With The Ordering Party, 2) Conducting A Site Visit Of The Facilities Before Preparing The Implementation Documentation; 3) Preparing The Implementation/Implementation Documentation Before Starting Work On The Facility; 4 )Conducting A Pre-Implementation Analysis With The Ordering Party, Including In Particular Agreeing On Energy Management Methods Leading To Cost Reduction While Maintaining The Required Environmental Conditions In The Facility, Completed With A Project Functional Specifying The Operation Of The Eems System In The Facility;5) Preparing A Description And Schedule For The Delivery And Implementation Of Eems;6) Preparing A Workshop Design For The Work And Implementation Of Eems And Presenting It For Approval To The Ordering Party Before Proceeding With Further Work;7) Delivery, Assembly, Configuration Of Devices And Hardware Infrastructure Required For The Operation Of The Eems System, Including The Technical Equipment Of The Facility Infrastructure Included In The Projects Of Other Industries;8) Installation And Configuration Of The Eems System;9) Launch And Implementation System And Ensuring A Minimum Period Of 1-Month Post-Implementation Support (Post-Implementation Support Is A Criterion For Evaluating The Offer);10) Ensuring 24-Month Warranty Care For The Eems System, In Accordance With The Warranty Requirements Included In The Tender Documentation;11) Carrying Out Maintenance Inspections Of The System At Least Once Per Year During The Warranty Period; This Requirement Applies To All Devices Included In The Eems System And All Software Provided By The Contractor, As Well As The Necessary Servicing Of The Software And Database Of The Eems System;12) Delivery And Installation Of Software Required To Maintain The Operating Environment Of The Eems System - In Particular, This Applies To System Software, Diagnostic And Monitoring The Correct Operation Of The System;13) Development And Delivery Of As-Built Documentation As Well As Warranty And License Documents Authorizing The Use Of Eems System Devices And Software, And Documentation, Including A Complete Eems System Manual In Polish.14) Conducting Training For Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party;15) Readiness To Conclude An Eems System Maintenance Agreement Covering Software Updates And Its Servicing In The Post-Warranty Period;
