1. General Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Lease, Delivery, Installation And Service Of Multifunctional Devices For The Needs Of The Pomnik - Childrens Health Center Institute In Warsaw Within The Scope Indicated In § 1, Contract For The Lease Of Multifunctional Devices.2. Components Of The Order: 1) Provision Of Service For Printing Devices, 2) Lease, Delivery And Installation Of Multifunctional Devices, 3. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Transport Of Devices To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Arrangement, Installation And Configuration In Indicated Rooms; 2) Installation, Commissioning And Configuration Of Devices In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Assumptions; 3) Software Configuration; 4) Providing Full Service Support For Devices ( Inspections, Maintenance, Cleaning, Etc.) It Is Required To Maintain The Equipment In Operational Continuity And Technical Efficiency Along With Consumables (Including Toners, Drums) And Parts Spare Parts;4. The Service Includes: 1) Performing Ongoing Maintenance At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Guaranteeing Good Copy Quality And Ensuring Continuous Operation Of The Equipment; 2) Performing Periodic Maintenance And Repairs Of All Elements Covered By The Contract, Including Replacing Spare Parts; 3) Delivering And Installing All Necessary Parts And Components And Consumables (Except Paper);4) Management, As Belonging To The Waste Producer, Of All Used Consumable Parts And Consumable Containers, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.5. Multifunctional Printing Devices Must Be Able To: 1) Connect To A Lan; 2) Support Computers With The Following Systems: Win Xp, Win 7, Win 8, Win 10, Win 11; 3) Photocopying; 4) Scanning (Including Scanning To E-Mail) Mail);5) Double-Sided Printing And Scanning6) Sending Faxes6. Order Requirements1) Printing Equipment Not Older Than 5 Years.
