The Estimated Amount Of Waste To Be Removed Is Approximately 6,000 M3 Per Year. The Order Includes The Continuous Service System For The Removal Of Liquid Waste From Properties Managed By The Municipal Buildings Authority In Krakow, Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Contract, Constituting An Integral Part Thereof, And Emergency Pumping Services. Waste From Locations Indicated In A Separate Order And Managed By The Municipal Buildings Board In Kraków. At The Same Time, It Is Possible To Increase The Frequency Of Liquid Waste Collection If Necessary. The Procedure For Reporting Export Demands Is Specified In The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Perform Services On Time, Reliably And In Accordance With The Applicable Ecological, Occupational Health And Safety And Other Regulations, Including In Particular The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And No. Lxxxiii/2359/22 Of The Krakow City Council Of April 27, 2022 On The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order Within The Municipality Of Kraków (As Amended), - Bear Full Responsibility For The Proper And Professional Performance Of The Services In Question And Bear Civil And Criminal Liability For Any Improper Or Inconsistent Performance Of These Services, - Exercise Caution When Emptying Liquid Waste Tanks In In Order To Avoid Environmental Pollution. After Emptying The Tanks Of Liquid Waste, The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure Them (Septic Tanks, Settling Tanks) By Putting On A Cover.
