The Subject Of The Public Contract In The Concession Procedure Are Services (Concessions) Ensuring The Safe And Smooth Operation Of The Water Management Assets Of The Contracting Authority, The City Of Poličko, In The Period From 1.1.2026 To 31.12.2035, In Accordance With National Legislation, In Particular Act No. 274/2001 Coll., On Water Pipes And Sewers For Public Use And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws, As Amended.
