Services In This Context Are In Particular: • Answering And Preparing A Written Statement On Fundamental Medical Questions, In Particular O Analysis To Ensure Inpatient Emergency Care As Well As Outpatient Services And O The Accessibility Of Obstetrics, General Medicine And General Surgery, Taking Into Account The Care Needs • Derivation And Development Of A Concept For The Future Inpatient And Outpatient Structures In The Region With The Participation Of The Arberland Clinics, Taking Into Account The Special Features Of The Supply Region • Business Simulation As Well Needs-Based Calculation Of The Fundamental Medical Questions, In Particular O Business Preparation Of The Defined Scenarios That Were Considered And Developed Within The Framework Of The Fundamental Medical Questions O Concrete The Performance Development And The Resulting Revenues At The Location Level, Specialist Department Level And Service Groups Over A Period Of 5 Years. The Assessment Is Based On The Service Groups In Accordance With The Law To Improve The Quality Of Care In Hospitals And To Reform Remuneration Structures (Hospital Care Improvement Act - Khvvg) Or The Legal Regulations Issued On The Basis Of The Khvvg, Together With The Respective Structural And Quality Requirements. • Involvement Of Senior Employees At Both Clinic Locations As Well As Other Relevant Stakeholders, Including Representatives From Politics, Emergency Services And Resident Doctors, In The Entire Process • Participation In Joint Meetings To Discuss The (Interim) Results Within The Core Team Set Up By The Client • Preparation Of A Final Report As Well As Presentation Of The Results In The Clinics And Other Municipal Committees.
