Telemetry Surveillance System - Multiprotocols And M - Bus Protocol Readout And Transmission Devices With Installation And Other Services For Their Preparation For Use. The Procuring Entity, When Carrying Out The Purchase, Aims To Conclude A Contract For The Purchase And Sale Of Goods (Hereinafter Referred To As The Agreement) In Accordance With Article 2, Part 22 Of The Law Of The Republic Of Lithuania On Procurements By Procuring Entities In The Field Of Water Management, Energy, Transport Or Postal Services. Purchases Are Subject To Fixed Rate Pricing. The Procuring Entity Intends To Purchase Goods According To The Actual Need, Not Exceeding The Maximum Price Of The Agreement During The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Agreement. The Purchasing Entity Does Not Undertake To Purchase The Goods For The Full Maximum Price Of The Contract.
