I. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Technical Facilities For Servicing The Mpk Rolling Stock In Siedlce, Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula. Scope Of The Order: 1) Design Works, I.E. Development Of Multi-Disciplinary Design Documentation (Plot Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical And Executive Designs ) Reconstruction And Modernization Of Technical Facilities For Servicing Mpk Rolling Stock For The Scope Described In The Functional And Utility Program Along With All Arrangements And Decisions Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit (If Applicable), Industry Technical Acceptance And Occupancy Permits, Decisions, Arrangements, Etc. 2) Construction And Installation Works, I.E. Execution Of Construction And Installation Works For The Entire Scope Described In The Functional And Utility Program Based On The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor (Architectural, Construction And Technical) And The Obtained Building Permit Or Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works.3) Equipment Facility In The Scope Described In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu). Additional Information Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1. The Order Also Covers The Performance Of All Activities And Works Related To The Proper Implementation Of The Order, Even If They Are Not Included In The Fup And Swz.2. The Investment Area Is Covered By The Local Spatial Development Plan In The Area Of The Southern Industrial District, Adopted By Resolution No. Xxiii/255/2007 Of The Siedlce City Council Of December 28, 2007. The Investment Area Is Marked In The Plan With The Symbol: 1U,Uks - Service Areas, In Including In The Field Of Car Transport Facilities And Equipment. The Investment Area Is Outside The Conservation Protection Zone. The Technical Support Building Is Located On Plot No. 16, Registration District 186 In Siedlce.3. The Detailed Scope, Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding Its Implementation Are Included In The Tender Documentation, In Particular In The Functional And Utility Program.4. The Offer Should Include, In Accordance With The Subject Of The Order, A Gross Lump Sum Price For The Execution Of The Entire Subject Of The Order, Including The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And The Execution Of Construction Works, Provided That The Price For The Preparation Of Design Documentation May Not Exceed 3.61% Of The Value Of The Entire Offer. 5. All Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Treated As Mutually Complementary And Clarifying In The Sense That If Any Ambiguity Or Ambiguity Is Found, The Contractor Cannot Limit The Scope Of His Obligation Or The Scope Of Due Diligence In The Performance Of His Obligations Arising From The Public Procurement Contract.
