1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Design Service Consisting In The Development Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation For The Adaptation Of Existing Buildings (Rooms) For The Purposes Of Creating A Municipal Nursery And The Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Together With Obtaining A Building Permit Decision (Hereinafter Referred To As Documentation Or Design Study) And Transfer Of Copyrights To The Developed Documentation, As Well As Exercising Authors Supervision - On The Basis Of Option Law, In Accordance With The Provisions Paragraph 9 Of Chapter Iv Swz.2. The Area Of ​​The Investment Project Together With The Existing Buildings (Building) Is Located In Zgorzelec, At Ul. Słowackiego 9E, On Plots With Registration Numbers: 9/44 (Obr. Xi, Am-2) And 9/43 (Obr. Xi, Am-2), Owned By The Zgorzelec Municipality. The Investment Area Is Covered By The Local Spatial Development Plan (Mpzp) Established By Resolution No. 175/2016 Of The Zgorzelec City Council Of June 28, 2016 On The Adoption Of The Local Spatial Development Plan For The Ujazd Południe District In Zgorzelec. If, During The Preparation Of The Documentation Constituting The Subject Of This Order, Changes To The Applicable Local Development Plan Are Introduced, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Include Them In The Documentation As Part Of This Study.3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: 1) Prepare An Inventory Of The Building Along With An Assessment Of Its Technical Condition, An Inventory Of Land Development, Including Existing Greenery, The Infrastructure Network And Underground Facilities, And Perform An Energy Audit Of The Building; 2) Developing, Within 2 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of This Agreement, A Design Concept Containing Information On Basic Technical Parameters, Functional Solutions And Materials Proposed For Use, As Well As Estimated Investment Costs Broken Down Into Its Individual Components. The Required Scope Of The Design Concept Was Included In The Sopz Referred To In Section 6 Of This Chapter Of Swz;3) Preparation Of Geotechnical Documentation In The Scope Appropriate To The Category Of The Facility; 4) Preparation Of An Inventory Of Greenery Along With A Phytosanitary Assessment Of The Condition Of Trees; 5) Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes, Including An Underground And Above-Ground Inventory; 6) Preparation Of A Construction Design With All Necessary Arrangements And Technical Design. The Scope Of The Construction Design Includes Documentation Necessary To Remove Collisions With Other Networks And Arrangements With Device And Network Administrators, Documentation Necessary To Remove Collisions With Other Networks, And Network And Connection Design To The Extent Necessary To Separate Utility Connections For Facilities Located On Plots No. 9/44 And 9/9;7) Preparation Of The Bill Of Quantities And The Investors Cost Estimate;8) Preparation Of The
