Part 1 - Speech Therapist / Neurospeech Therapist - 720 Hours Scope Of Responsibilities Of The Speech Therapist / Neurospeech Therapist: • After Being Appointed To The Team Of Specialists For A Specific Child, Determining, Based On The Opinion On The Need For Early Development Support, The Directions And Schedule Of Activities Undertaken In The Field Of Early Support And Support For The Family, • Establishing Cooperation With A Facility Where The Child Is Subject To Other Therapeutic Activities In Order To Ensure Consistency Of Interactions, • Development And Implementing An Individual Early Development Support Program With The Child And His Or Her Family, In Part Intended For A Speech Therapist/Neurologist, • Assessing The Childs Progress And Difficulties In Functioning, Including Identifying And Eliminating Barriers And Restrictions In The Environment Hindering His Or Her Activity And Participation In Social Life, • Analyzing The Effectiveness Of Assistance Provided On The Basis Of The Program To The Child And His Family, • Introducing Changes To The Program According To The Current Needs Of The Child And His Family, • Planning Further Activities In The Field Of Early Support. • Providing Parents Specialized Information Regarding The Childs Developmental Problems As Well As Instructions And Information Necessary To Continue Working With The Child At Home;• Monitoring The Childs Development, Preparing Opinions If Necessary;• Updating Documentation On An Ongoing Basis After Each Hour Of Classes;• Establishing Cooperation With The Facility Where The Child Is Covered By Other Therapeutic Activities To Ensure Consistency Of Interactions (If Applicable)• Organizing Meetings And Consultations For Parents/Legal Guardians If Necessary;
