1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel - High-Methane Natural Gas Type E Within A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Commencement Of The Supply. The Planned Start Date Of The Delivery Is February 1, 2025. 2. The Scope Of The Comprehensive Delivery Includes The Sale And Distribution Of Gas To The Consumption Points Of The Institute Of Horticulture - National Research Institute, I.E.: 1) The Ordering Partys Consumption Point Located In Skierniewice At Ul. Kościuszki 2 (Tariff W – 5.1); 2) The Ordering Partys Collection Point Located In Puławy At Ul. Kazimierska 2 (In The W-4 Tariff); 3) 7 Collection Points Of The Ordering Party Located In Skierniewice At Ul. Konstytucji 3 Maja 1/3 (Tariff W-1.1) - In Accordance With The Description In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Offer Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.3. The Currently Valid Comprehensive Agreement For The Supply Of Gas Fuel And The Provision Of Its Distribution Services Concluded Between The Ordering Party And Pgnig Obrót Detaliczny Spółka Z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością With Its Registered Office In Warsaw, At Ul. Jana Kazimierza 3, 01-248 Warszawa, Krs: 0000488778, Nip: 5272706082, Regon: 147003421 Valid Until January 31, 2024. 4. The Order Will Be Executed At Unit Prices Declared In The Offer Presented By The Contractor - In Accordance With The Template Of The Offer Form - Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers Due To The Specific Nature Of The Order. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Current Contract With The Distribution System Operator (Dso) - For The Provision Of Natural Gas Distribution Services To The Ordering Party, Valid During The Period Of Execution Of This Order. 7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
