Other Sources Of Energy Supplies And Distribution – Modernization And Management Of Energy Infrastructure - Ensuring The Production, Distribution And Supply Of Heat For Heating And Hot Water. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Safe, Reliable And Economical Operation Of The System Of Thermal Equipment For The Production And Distribution Of Heat Leased To The Successful Bidder On The Basis Of The Contract For The Lease And Operation Of The System Of Thermal Equipment For The Production And Distribution Of Heat For The Purpose Of Supplying Heat For Heating And For The Preparation Of Hot Water For Consumers In The Defined The Territory Of The Municipality Of Rača. Furthermore, The Subject Of The Contract Is Reconstruction And Modernization, I.E. Ensuring Investments In The System Of Thermal Equipment In View Of The Current Technical State Of The System Of Thermal Equipment For The Production And Distribution Of Heat. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Lease Of A System Of Thermal Equipment For The Production And Distribution Of Heat, As Well As Other Leased Objects Owned And Managed By The Rača Municipality, Which Are Listed In Annex No. 4 Of The Tender Documents, As Well As In Annex No. 5 - Distribution Schemes, Which Will Be Attached To The Contract. Furthermore, The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Operation Of A System Of Thermal Equipment For The Production And Distribution Of Heat, In Order To Ensure The Production And Distribution Of Heat For Heating And For The Preparation Of Hot Water In The Defined Territory Of The Rača Municipality, I.E. For Customers In The Rača Municipality. Renewal, Modernization And Reconstruction Of The Thermal And Technical Equipment (Hereinafter Referred To As Ttz) Will Only Concern The Equipment Under The Management Of The Future Operator. These Are All Boiler Rooms, Heat Transfer Stations, Heat Distribution Systems For Heating And Hot Water, Including Heat Meters And Objects Of Complex Housing Equipment - Kbv, Which Are Owned By The Municipal Council Of Rača. In Addition To The Technological Equipment Itself, The Construction Part Will Also Be Renovated, To The Necessary Extent - Construction Objects Of Free-Standing Boiler Houses And, Within The Framework Of Technologies, Also - The Electrical Part, Control And Information System And Measurement And Regulation Of All Affected Technological Equipment.
