The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of An Installation For The Thermal Processing Of Municipal Waste In Koszalin, Which Will Be Used To Burn Waste With Codes Indicated In The Decision On Environmental Conditions Constituting Annex 1.2 To The Ffu, For The Purpose Of Combined Production Of Electricity And Heat. The Installation For Thermal Processing Of Municipal Waste Will Be Located On Plots No. 25/33 And 1/11 With A Total Area Of ​​2.1771 Ha, Registration District No. 0007 City Of Koszalin, At Ul. H. Cegielski, Koszalin Poviat In The West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The Area Intended For The Investment Is Located In The Western Part Of The City Of Koszalin In A Subzone That Is Part Of The Słupsk Special Economic Zone. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of Preparatory Works, Construction And Execution Of An Installation For The Thermal Treatment Of Municipal Waste In Koszalin Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure And Land Development, Meeting The Requirements Of The Best Available Technology (Bat) In Accordance With The Commission Implementing Decision (Eu) 2019/ 2010 Of 12 November 2019 Establishing Conclusions On Best Available Techniques (Bat) In Accordance With Directive 2010/75/Eu Of The European Parliament And Of The Council In Relation To Waste Incineration, As Well As The Requirements Of The Decision On Environmental Conditions Of December 13, 2023 And Legal Provisions In This Regard, Obtaining Decisions Enabling The Operation Of Waste Thermal Treatment Installations Municipal Facilities In Koszalin, Carrying Out Commissioning, Training And Other Activities Enabling The Facility To Be Put Into Operation, Including In Particular Obtaining An Occupancy Permit, An Integrated Permit, A Concession For Generation Of Heat And Electricity In The Installation.
