Expression of Interest are invited for Dominica: Gap Analysis and Development of an Updated Emergency Preparedness Plan for Domlec The objective of this consultancy is to conduct a review of the existing emergency preparedness, recovery, and restoration plan of DOMLEC, identify any gaps compared with international good practice and propose a revision of the plan to address the gaps as well as to cover the new transmission system and facilities to be developed under the Dominica Geothermal Risk Mitigation Project 2. The consultant will also propose requisite institutional procedures and protocols, capacity building of DOMLEC staff necessary for the plan efficient implementation.
