Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Equipment, Software And Services To Improve Cybersecurity As Part Of The Project: Cybersecure Commune Of Byczyna As Part Of The Cybersecure Local Government Grant Project - Stage I

1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Supply Of Equipment, Software And Services Aimed At Improving Cybersecurity At The Municipal Office As Part Of The Project: Cybersafe Commune Of Byczyna. The Contractors Task Will Be To Supply, Install And Implement A Complete And Fully Functional Backup System, A High Availability (Ha) Cluster With A Virtualization Environment, A Recovery Environment, Network Infrastructure Elements And Anti-Virus Software That Will Meet All Technical And Operational Requirements Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Hereinafter Referred To As: Opz And In The Quantity Indicated In The Opz. The Contractors Task Will Be To Ensure The Supply Of Hardware And Software, As Well As Full Integration Of All System Elements, Their Configuration And Carrying Out Tests In The Customers Environment. As A Final Result, The Supplier Is Obliged To Provide A Solution That Is Ready To Use, Fully Operational And Capable Of Carrying Out Tasks In Accordance With The Specified Performance, Security And Data Availability Requirements.2. For The Purposes Of Carrying Out The Task, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver, Install And Implement The Following Devices In Accordance With The Material And Quantitative Description And Technical Parameters, Dimensions, And Operational Requirements Specified In The Opz, Hereinafter Referred To As: Devices: 1) In The Basic Server Room, The Contractor Will Install In The Existing Server Rack The Following Elements: A) Servers For The Ha Cluster - 2 Pieces B) Disk Array - 1 Piece C) Ups Power Supplies - 2 Pieces D) 48 Port Switches - 2 Pieces) Utm - 1 Piece 2) In The Backup Server Room, The Contractor Will Install A Server Cabinet With The Following Elements: A) Backup Server With Software, B) Tape Library (Autoloader) With A Set Of Tapes, C) Nas Provided By The Ordering Party D) Ups Power Supply - 1 Piece) Switch 24 Ports - 1 Pc. The Backup Server Room Is Located Above The Main Server Room. Appropriate Network (Telecommunications) Cabling Necessary For The Operation Of The Backup System (Min. 2 X 10Gb) Must Be Provided To The Backup Server Room. The Necessary Power Supply Cabling (Electrical Installation) Will Be Made By The Ordering Party On Its Own.3) Utm Devices Will Be Installed And Configured By The Contractor In The Following Subordinate Units: A) Social Welfare Center In Byczyniec) School Complex In Byczyniec) Public Kindergarten In Byczyniec) Public Nursery No. 2 In Byczynee) Cultural Center In Byczynief) Primary School In Roszkowiceg) Primary School In Biskupiceh) Social Integration Center In Polanowice.3.
