The National Forestry Authority - Romsilva Wants To Purchase Within 36 Months Up To 45 Articulated Forestry Tractors; Of Which A Certain Number Of 30 Tafs And Additionally, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 221, Para. 1, Letter A Of Law No. 98/2016 With Subsequent Amendments And Additions And According To Anap Instruction No. 1/2021, The Contracting Authority Will Be Able To Supplement The Amount Of Tafs By 15 Pieces. Payment Will Be Made With A 25% Advance Upon Delivery And The Rest Of The Payment In 24 Monthly Installments. The Object Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Articulated Forestry Tractors And Special Devices (Chain Nets With Spurs For Each Wheel), Including Periodic Technical Maintenance Services According To The Manufacturers Manual During The Contract Period, Within The Limit Of A Maximum Of 3000 Hours Of Operation.
