The Tests Must Be Suitable For The Psychological Evaluation Of A Heterogeneous Working-Age Population In Terms Of Educational Background, Age And Other Characteristics, At Least In Finnish And Swedish, Preferably Also In English. The Service Must Also Include An Introduction To The Use Of The Tests And Access To The Test Manuals. It Must Be Possible To Use The Service Without Entering Personal Data Identifying The Customer.
