Tenders are invited for Supply of Student Booklets, Student Report Books, Syllabus Books, Magazines, Printing of Academic Books and Graduates Certificates, Results Books and Documents, Printing of Forms Leaflets and Designing of Cover Pages. Relevant Application and Details can be Obtained upon Payment of a Non-Refundable Fee of Rs. 1,000/- for One of each Code Number as Mentioned above to the Shroff of the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka. Application can Also be Prepared on Specimen Application Downloaded from the below Website upon Submission of the Deposit Slip for Making the Payment in Cash to the Bank of Ceylon Homagama Branch Account No. 711201 in the Name of Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka and with Given Instructions and All the Details on a Letterhead of Your Institution Applications should be Prepared as Per Specimen Application Downloaded from below Website and Applications should be Submitted by Registered Post or by Hand. Applications should be Sent by Registered Post to be Received at or before 2.00 p.m. On 31st December 2024 by Senior Assistant Bursar, Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka, No. 37, Moragahahena Road, Pitipana, Homagama and Registration of Suppliers 2025 should be Marked at the Top Left Corner of the Envelope. Applications Received after 2.00 p.m. On 31st December 2024 will be Rejected. University Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any Application. And Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka Reserves the Right to Strike off the Names of Suppliers Who Fail to Effect Supplies in Time and Carrying out Orders Complying to Given Specifications without Any Prior Notice. Generally, Quotations are Called from Registered Suppliers and Contractors and the University Reserves the Full Right to Call for Quotations outside the Registered Suppliers on Occasions when Suppliers are Limited and to Make a Competitive Bid.
