The Scope Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Equipment And Software From The Ordering Partys Headquarters To Increase The Level Of Cybersecurity Through Investments In The Ict Environment Of The Office, Which Will Ultimately Enable The Entity To Obtain The Maximum Possible Ability To Secure All Ict Systems And Processes In The Office Against The Occurrence Of Ict Incidents And Their Possible Minimization. Effects If Threats Materialize.2. Part 1: Purchase, Implementation And Technical Support Of An Edr/Xdr Class Security System,3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annex To The Swz - Price Form - Material Scope For Part 1. 4. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New, Professional, Free From Any Physical Defects, As Well As From Any Legal Defects And Claims Of Third Parties, And Ready. To Be Used As Intended.5. This Order Is Co-Financed By The European Union - European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027 (Ferc) Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services Measure 2.2. – Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System, Grant Competition Under The Cybersecure Local Government Grant Project. 6. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contains An Indication Of Trademarks Or Origin, The Ordering Party Informs That This Provision Is Only A Definition Of Minimum Parameters And Constitutes An Indication For The Contractor What Features The Materials Or Devices Used To Implement The Subject Of The Order Should Have. The Ordering Party Allows The Order To Be Completed By Using Equivalent Products. 7. The Ordering Party Describing The Subject Of The Contract Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. The Contractor Should Demonstrate In His Offer, Using Documents, That The Products He Offers Meet The Requirements Arising From The Indicated Standards Or Relevant Technical Specifications. 8. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Act - The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.9. Equivalence Should Be Demonstrated, In Particular, By Means Of The Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104–107 Of The Public Procurement Law. This Circumstance Should Be Proven In The Offer.10. The Use In The Swz Or Annexes Of The Requirement To Have A Certificate Issued By A Conformity Assessment Body Or A Report On Tests Carried Out By This Body As A Means Of Evidence Confirming Compliance With The Requirements Or Features Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Offer Evaluation Criteria Or Contract Performance Conditions Means That The Contracting Authority Also Accepts Certificates Issued By Other Equivalent Conformity Assessment Bodies.
