1. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A To Swz.2. In The Offer (Respectively In Annex No. 1 To The Swz), The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Name/Model/Type/Code/Symbol Of The Manufacturer Clearly Defining The Offered Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Data Specifying The Offered Subject Of The Order - In A Way That Allows The Ordering Party To Clearly Identify The Subject Of The Order Offered By The Contractor. If Such A Need Arises, And Additional Information Is Required To Clearly Define The Offered Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate It So As Not To There Were Doubts For The Parties To The Proceedings As To What Subject Of The Order The Contractor Was Offering. If The Contractor Offers Self-Configured Equipment For Which There Is No Name/Model/Type/Code/Symbol Clearly Defining Subject Of The Order, And Whose Parameters Cannot Be Checked By The Ordering Party Also In Publicly Available Sources, The Contractor Is Obliged To Clearly Indicate In The Offer The Technical Data Of The Offered Equipment, Corresponding To The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, By Attaching A Detailed Technical Specification Of The Offered Equipment. If, In Order To Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, It Is Necessary To Use Additional Solutions (Not Standardly Used). The Contractor Is Obliged To Clearly Indicate In The Offer That He Offers Such An Additional Solution.3. The Contractor Grants The Ordering Party A Twelve [12] Month Warranty For The Subject Of The Order.4. The Warranty Period Indicated In Point 3 Is The Minimum Period. The Contractor May Include In His Offer A Longer Warranty Period For The Offered Subject Matter Of The Contract, But No Longer Than Sixty [60] Months; Points 19.2.2. Swz Applies.5. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order Is Fourteen [14] Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.6. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order Indicated In Point 5 Is The Maximum Deadline For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. In The Offer, The Contractor May Include A Shorter Lead Time For The Offered Subject Of The Contract, But Not Less Than Three [3] Calendar Days; Pts. 19.2.3 Swz Applies.
