Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Services For The Warsaw University Of Technology In The Field Of Industrial Property Protection In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland
1. The Subject Of This Order Is To Provide Services To The Warsaw University Of Technology In The Field Of Industrial Property Protection In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. The Activities That Are The Subject Of The Contract Are Grouped As Follows: 1) Activities Included In The Scope Of Submitting Notifications; 2) Activities Included In The Scope Of Additional Services. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz. 3. Detailed Conditions And Rules For The Implementation Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As The Draft Contract. 4. The Order Execution Period Is 18 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract, Provided That Orders Placed During The Contract Period Will Be Executed Until The Decision To Grant The Right Is Received Or The Application Is Withdrawn.
