Financial Consultancy, Financial Transaction Processing And Clearing-House Services – Selection Of The Financial Intermediary For The Implementation Of The Agricultural Honor Loan, A Financial Instrument Financed By The European Agricultural Fund For Rural Development, For The 2023-2027 Programming. The Consultation Is Launched In The Form Of An Open Call For Tenders In Accordance With Articles R2161-2 To R2161-5 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Contract Is At Mixed Prices: It Is Concluded Partly At A Global And Fixed Price, And Partly Under A Framework Agreement. At Unit Prices And Executed Using Purchase Orders. The Services Will Be The Subject Of A Single Market. In Application Of Article L 2113-11 Of The Ccp, The Choice Not To Award This Contract Is Justified By The Following Reason(S): - The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Allow The Identification Of Distinct Services; In Fact, The Constraints Relating To The Market Do Not Allow The Identification Of Divisible Services. The Contract Must Be Processed By A Single Candidate In Order To Guarantee Its Homogeneity And Technical Consistency. The Contract Is At Mixed Prices: It Is Partly At A Global And Fixed Price And Partly Under A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders. For The Part Under A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders: The Maximum Amount (For 2 Years) Is 90,000 Euros Excluding Tax. There Is No Minimum. It Is Not Planned To Break It Down Into Sections
