Processing And Clearing Services – Services Relating To The Supply, Management And Delivery Of Personalized Support Checks Granted By The Ccas Of Le Port For Optional Social Assistance. The Award Procedure Used Is The Open Adapted Procedure. It Is Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L. 2123-1 And R. 2123-1 1° Of The Public Procurement Code. This Consultation Concerns A Framework Agreement With No Minimum And A Maximum Amount Of 70,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax/Year Entered Into In Application Of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 To R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. This Will Result In The Issuance Of Purchase Orders. The Framework Agreement Takes Effect From Its Date Of Notification For A Period Of One Year, Renewable Twice By Tacit Agreement Up To A Maximum Of 3 Years. The Estimated Amount Of Services Is 210,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over 3 Years. There Are No Plans To Divide Them Into Batches
