The Maximum Total Cost Of The Framework Agreement Is €140,000 Without Vat For A Duration Of Up To 48 Months (Or Until The Fiscal Volume Is Reached) From The Signing Of The Agreement. As A Result Of The Procurement, A Framework Contract Is Concluded With Up To Two Bidders. Regarding The Purchase Of The Fuel That Is The Subject Of The Contract And The Refueling Service Related To It, Mini Tenders/Orders Are Carried Out According To The Conditions Specified In The Basic Documents. In The Event That Only One Bidder Submits A Bid Or Only One Bidder Remains In The Process At The Time Of Concluding The Framework Contract, The Framework Contract Will Be Concluded With One Bidder And The Work Will Be Ordered On The Basis Of The Order Without Holding A Mini-Tender.
