Sandnes Municipality (Hereafter The Client) Intends To Enter Into An Agreement With Høyskolen Kristiania As (Hereafter The Supplier) On The Provision Of Further Education (Enhancing Skills And Leadership Development) To Managers In The Clients After-School Program (Sfo) In Line With The Framework Plan Developed By The Norwegian Directorate Of Education. An Additional Module For Further Education Has Been Developed In Line With The Management Training Concept Leading By Learning, Is Based On The Research Of Viviane Robinson. The Agreement Will Include Further Education Including 30 Credits And An Exam, As Well As Mentor Support, For A Total Of 26 Participants. The Training Must Also Include Space For Two Observers Who Do Not Participate In The Course Of Study. The Training And Examination Will Be Carried Out During 2025-2027, But Will Be Carried Out In More Than 3 Seminars. The Agreement Has A Total Value That Is Lower Than Nok 1.5 Mnok E.G. Vat Prior To The Announcement Of Intent, The Client Has Carried Out A Market Survey With Minimum Requirements Which Also Appear From The Agreement The Parties Intend To Enter Into. There Was Only One Response To This Market Survey, Which Was From The Supplier The Client Now Intends To Enter Into An Agreement With. The Notification Of Intent Is Carried Out In Accordance With §5-2 Of The Procurement Regulations. There Is Only One Supplier On The Market Who Can Offer The Client The Training The Client Needs. The Following Requirements Have Been Used As A Basis For The Market Research And The Agreement: - Suppliers Must Be Able To Document Experience In Delivering Skills Development And Leadership Development For Managers Who Work In After-School Education To A Municipality In Norway During The Last 3 Years. - The Supplier Must, In Collaboration With The Client, Design Focus Areas And Effort Areas For Competence Enhancement. - The Skills Development Offered Must Be Based On The Framework Plan For After-School Education Prepared By Udir, As Well As Be In Line With The Management Training Concept Leading By Learning Developed Based On The Research Of Viviane Robinson. - The Training Offered Must Be Part Of An Educational Programme
