The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex 13. Division Of The Order Into Parts: The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. For Organizational And Economic Reasons And The Warranty Granted For The Entire Subject Of The Order, The Division Of The Order Into Parts Was Waived. All Elements Of The Equipment (Set) Should Be Compatible With Each Other And Fit The Tractor With Which They Will Be Used. The Lack Of Division Into Lots Will Not Distort Competition By Limiting The Ability Of Smaller Entities That Would Be Able To Properly Perform The Order To Apply For The Contract. This Does Not Affect The Group Of Contractors Applying For The Contract.4.
