Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel (High -Metane Natural Gas Type E) Including Sales And Provision Of Gas Fuel Distribution Services For The Needs Of The Kostrzyn Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of A Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel In The Form Of High-Methane Natural Gas Type E For The Needs Of The Kostrzyn Commune And Organizational Units And Cultural Institutions (Hereinafter Referred To As Recipients), Including The Sale Of Gas Fuel And The Provision Of Distribution Services To Installations Located In The Ordering Partys Facilities, Hereinafter Referred To As Gas Consumption Points (Ppg), Indicated In Annex No. 1A And Annex No. 4 To Swz. 2. For The Costs Of Using The Subject Of The Order In The Above-Mentioned Period Consists Of: Fee For The Sale Of Gas Fuel, Subscription Fee, Fixed Distribution Fee And Variable Distribution Fee.3. The Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel Will Take Place On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Contract Containing The Provisions Of The Sales Contract And The Contract For The Provision Of Gas Distribution Services And Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law, The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis And Polish Standards.4. The Supplied Natural Gas Should Meet Technical Parameters In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law And The Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis, As Well As The Act Of February 16, 2007 On Stocks Of Crude Oil, Petroleum Products And Natural Gas And The Rules Of Conduct In Situations Of Threat To National Security And Disruptions On The Oil Market.5. Gas Will Be Supplied At A Pressure Not Lower Than That Specified In The Conditions Of Connection To The Gas Network Of The Installation Located At The Recipients Facility.6. The Ordering Party Authorized To Prepare And Conduct The Procedure Is The Kostrzyn Commune. The Entities With Which Contracts Will Be Concluded Are: Kostrzyn Commune And Individual Organizational Units.
