Tenders Are Invited For Successive Delivery Of Cleaning Products And Sanitary Materials For Organizational Units Of The Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum In Krakow.

1. The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For The Successive Supply Of Cleaning Products And Sanitary Materials For The Organizational Units Of The Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum In Krakow.1.1 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It.1.2 The Subject Of The Order May Be Financed Or Co-Financed, In Particular, From European Union Funds Or Other Funds Obtained As Part Of Projects Or Contracts Or External Programs Or Grants, Etc., Both Currently Implemented By The Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum, As Well As Implemented In The Future.1.3 Scope Material Covered By The Price Form Is The Largest Possible Scope Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Quantities Of Ordered Cleaning Products And Sanitary Materials Presented In The Attachment (Price Form) Are Indicative And May Change (Decrease Or Increase) During The Term Of The Contract As Part Of Interchangeable Balancing Orders. The Ordering Party Also Reserves The Right Not To Use Up To 50% Of The Gross Contractual Amount And The Contractor Will Not Submit Any Claims In This Respect. 1.4 When Implementing The Subject Of The Order, Contractors Must Take Into Account The Following: 1.4.1. Individual Deliveries Will Be Made To Buildings Where Numerous Organizational Units Of The Ordering Party Are Located. The Buildings Are Located Throughout The City Of Krakow (Ul. Św. Anny, Ul. M. Kopernika, Ul. Grzegórzecka, Ul. Łazarza, Ul. Czysta, Ul. Śniadeckich, Ul. Botaniczna, Ul. Bocheńska, Ul. Skawińska, Ul. . Skarbowa, Ul. Wielicka, Ul. Lenartowicza, Ul. Montelupich, Ul. Medyczna, Ul. Zamoskiego, Ul. Radziwiłłowska), And Other Locations Of The Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum, Located In The City Of Krakow. The Number Of Orders In Poland Or The City Of Krakow To An Address Other Than Those Indicated Above Will Not Exceed 3% Of The Number Of All Orders, 1.4.2. The Ordering Party Does Not Have Warehouse Facilities In Which The Contractor Could Deposit A Larger Number Of Ordered Items; Orders Will Be Placed On An Ongoing Basis As Part Of The Current Needs Of A Given Organizational Unit Of Ujcm, 1.4.3. Transport Of The Subject Of The Order Is Always Provided At The Contractors Own Expense (Regardless Of The Value Of The Individual Order) And The Delivery Will Be Carried Out Successively As Part Of The Current Demand Reported In The Manner Provided For In This Tor By A Given Organizational Unit Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Successively With Its Own Means Of Transport And To Bring In The Products Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, At Its Own Expense, On Business Days, I.E. From Monday To Friday From 8.00 A.M. To 2.00 P.M. Within A Maximum Of 5 Business Days*The Criterion Is
