The Subject Of The Order Entitled Delivery Of It Equipment And Software As Part Of The Cybersecure Local Government Project Is The Delivery, Installation And Configuration Of It Equipment And Software In Order To Improve The Cybersecurity Of The It Resources Owned By The Ordering Party.2. The Scope Of The Contract Includes The Following Tasks: 1. Production Server, Delivery, Installation And Configuration - 1 Pc.2. File Server, Delivery, Installation And Configuration - 1 Pc.3. Software For Collecting Logs And Detecting Incidents, Delivery, Installation, Configuration And Implementation - 1 Set.4. Firewall: Ha Utm Cluster, Delivery, Installation, Configuration And Implementation - 1 Set.5. Edr Software, Delivery And Installation - 1 Piece. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Each Of The Above-Mentioned Tasks Is Specified In Appendix No. 7 To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz)3. Requirements Regarding Devices And Software A) The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Equipment Be New, I.E. Manufactured No Earlier Than 12 Months Before Delivery And Have Not Been Used. If There Are Any Doubts As To The Compliance Of The Offered Equipment With The Subject Of The Order, In Particular Regarding The Legality Of The Software, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Ask The Manufacturer Of The Offered Equipment Or Software To Confirm Their Compliance With The Contract (Including Providing The Manufacturer With The Necessary Data Enabling Verification). , And Commissioning The Manufacturer Of The Offered Equipment, Or An Entity Indicated By The Manufacturer, To Inspect The Devices In Terms Of Their Compliance With The Contract And The Validity And Scope Of Warranty And License Rights. B) The Offered Equipment In On The Date Of Submission Of Offers, It Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale. During The Warranty Period, Repair Or Replacement Of The Equipment Or Its Parts Will Be Provided, With New And Original Parts, In Accordance With The Manufacturers Methodology And Recommendations. C) All Offered Equipment Should Have A Ce Declaration Of Conformity - Conformité Européenned Declaration) The Use Of Devices, Systems, Software Is Not Allowed Defined As A Prototype, Trial Series, Demo Version, Freeware, Shareware Or As Unit Production. E) Devices, Systems And Software Should Come From A Manufacturer Providing Service And Warranty Services In Accordance With The Requirements Described In The Opz And Ppu.
