Tenders Are Invited For Implementation Of The Project Entitled Cybersecure Local Government

The Subject Of The Order Is: Cybersecure Local Government In The Scope Of Providing A Service Or Providing Software Or Hardware Along With Assembly, Installation, Configuration, Implementation (Including Training) For The District Office In Góra - Part I.1. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: A. Delivery Of Complete Equipment With Server Operating Systems, Necessary Software And Necessary Cables, B. Unpacking And Starting The Devices, Installation Of Operating Systems, Connection Of Servers With The Hard Disk Array, C. Configuration Of Devices In Order To Obtain A Server Cluster High Availability, D. Launching The Resource Virtualization Mechanism (Support For Virtual Machines), E. Data Migration From Physical And Virtual Servers To The New Platform, F. Installation And Initial Configuration Of The Central Authorization System Users, G. Installation And Initial Configuration Of Data Archiving Software, H. Performance Of Security Tests (Test Scenarios Will Be Specified By The Ordering Party), I. Preparation Of As-Built Implementation Documentation, I. Providing Technical Support For The Ordering Party In The Field Of Operation Of The Virtualization Environment For The Period Declared By The Contractor In The Offer Form (Minimum 1 Month). 2. The Ordering Party Requires That Activities Related To The Configuration Of The Virtualization Environment, Server Migration And Security Tests Be Performed By The Local It System Administrator Under The Supervision Of The Person Implementing The Implementation On The Contractors Side. 3. The Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused, Not Refurbished, Complete, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2024, Delivered In The Original Packaging (The Packaging Must Be Intact And Protected By The Manufacturer). The Equipment Must Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects, Technically Functional And Must Come From An Authorized Distribution Channel. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Use Of So-Called Devices. Refurbished. 4. The Supplied Software Must Be New, Unused, Not Previously Activated On Another Device, Provided In The Latest Stable Version From The Official Distribution Channel Of The Software Manufacturer, Without Any Third-Party Rights. The Delivered Software And All Its Media (If Any) Must Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects.5. The Virtual Machine Manager Software Must Be Updated To The Latest Available Version And Its License Must Enable Access To All Available Functions And Free Updates For A Minimum Period Of Time. 24-Months. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach The Relevant Evidence To The Offer In The Form Of: A. A Document Confirming Compliance With At Least Epeat Silver Standard According To The Standard Introduced In 2019 - Only Applies To Servers, B. The Contractors Declaration That In The Event Of A Hard Drive Failure In A Device Covered By Active Technical Support, The Damaged Hard Drive Remains With The Ordering Party, C. A Document Confirming That The Servicing Company Has Certificates - Iso 9
