The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1. Expansion Of The Device Management System By Providing New Perpetual Licenses For 1,000 Devices. 2. Providing Technical Support For 11,000 Devices And 110 Technicians For A Period Of 36 Months, Including: 2.1. Solving Failures, Faults And Unstable Operation Of The System Reported By The Ordering Party. 2.2. Performing Updates And Upgrades Of The System By The Contractor At The Request Of The Ordering Party. 2.3. Conducting Unlimited Consultations And Technical Advice Provided By The Contractor In The Form Of Telephone Calls, E-Mail Communication Or Via An Encrypted Vpn Channel.
