1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Service Consisting In Activities Limiting The Occurrence Of Birds And Other Animals At The Airport In Powidz Using The Following Methods: A) Method Consisting In Scaring Away Birds And Other Animals Using At Least 2 Dogs Of Breeds Used For This Purpose And Trained Appropriately In This Respect, I.E. To Scare Away Animals At The Airport. Each Dog Must Have A Health Booklet With Current Vaccinations Required By Applicable Regulations; B) Biosonic Method (Voices, Sounds That Scare Birds) Using A Car-Mounted Or Portable Megaphone; C) Pyrotechnic Method (Bang Gun); D) Green Laser Method (After Agreement With The Atc Controller); E) Falconry Method Using Hunting Birds Aimed At Bird Species That Are Ineffective At Repelling Using The Falconry Method; F) Other Legally Permitted Methods Proposed By The Contractor, Which Will Be Effective In A Given Location In Relation To Specific Species Of Birds/Animals (E.G. Use Of Chemicals). Implementation, In Accordance With The Decision Of The Starosta Of Słupca, Ref. No.: Sr.6150.3.2024 Of May 6 .2024 Reduction Shooting Of Animals Such As: Red Deer, Roe Deer, Fallow Deer, Wild Boar, Fox In The Seasons Hunting 2024/2025. If The Population Of Game Mammals Is Completely Reduced, The Population Of These Animals Should Be Maintained At Zero Within The Scope Of The Permit.2. The Purpose Of Providing This Service Is To Reduce The Threats Related To The Risk Of Collisions Of Aircraft With Birds And Other Animals At The Military Airport In Powidz And The Possibility Of Aviation Incidents Occurring In These Circumstances, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Act Of July 3, 2002, Aviation Law (T. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2110, As Amended), Act Of 21 August 1997 On Animal Protection (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1580, As Amended), Act Of October 13, 1995, Hunting Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1082, As Amended), As Amended), As Well As The Guidelines Contained In The Letter Of Dg Rsz No 43330/Dg/2/19 Of July 22, 2019, Environmental Reconnaissance Of The Airport Of The 33Rd Transport Aviation Base In Powidz Constituting An Annex To Letter No. 18713/21 Of November 5, 2021 And The Decision Of The Starosta Of Słupca, Reference Number: Sr.6150.3. 2024 Of May 6, 2024 Regarding Consent To The Reduction Shooting Of Game Animals Present At The Military Airport In Powidz.3. The Airport Area Is Treated As A Special Facility And Pursuant To Art. 26 Of The Hunting Law Act Is Not Part Of The Hunting District.
