The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Activities:1. The Contractor Receives 24/7 Reports From The Ordering Party Regarding Accidents, Road Collisions Or Other Events Involving Wild Animals (Vertebrates; The Exception Are The Activities Described In Point 3(4)) Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Lublin. For This Purpose, The Contractor Will Provide A 24-Hour, Current Telephone Number. The Ordering Party Stipulates That Telephone Calls May Only Be Made By The Officer On Duty Of The Municipal Guard Of The City Of Lublin Or The Officer On Duty Of The Municipal Police Headquarters In Lublin Or The Officer On Duty Of The Municipal Crisis Management Center Or Employees Of The Department Of Greenery And Municipal Management Of The Lublin City Hall. The City Guard Of The City Of Lublin Will Perform A Preliminary Verification Of Reports From Residents Based On Detailed Information Regarding: The Animals Whereabouts, The Animals Species, Its Health Condition, And In Particular: Visible External Injuries, Identified Neurological Symptoms (Such As: Convulsions, Incoherence, Torticollis). And The Presence Of A Foreign Body On The Animals Body, A Threat In The Form Of Disoriented, Escaping Large Animals (Such As Moose, Deer, Wild Boars), Which May Lead To A Traffic Accident, Trampling People, Or Damaging Property Or Self-Mutilation Of The Animal. Reports Regarding Birds Must Be Supported By Photos Or Videos Sent To The E-Mail Address: Dyżurny@986.Pl Or In The Form Of An Mms Message To The Telephone Number 665 500 410. 2. Responding To The Report Without Undue Delay (Getting To The Place Of The Incident Involving Animals, Maximum Up To 90 Minutes From Receiving The Notification) In The Following Scope: 1) Location Of Animals, Assessment Of Their Health Condition, Provision Of Emergency Assistance In Situations Requiring It Veterinary Examination And Preparation Of Photographic Documentation Showing The Animals Injuries Or Films Showing Neurological Symptoms. 2) Capturing, Transporting And Releasing Healthy Animals Into Their Natural Environment, Based On The Agreement Between The Contractor And The Manager Or Lessee Of The Hunting District. The Task Does Not Include: Birds And Small Mammals, E.G. Hedgehogs, Bats, Which Will Be Reintroduced In The City Of Lublin, Ad Hoc Catching And Scaring Away Healthy Wild Boars (Beyond Reduction Trapping Using A Trapping Facility), Scaring Away Wild Animals, Pest Control Services And Trapping Rats And Mice, As Well As Providing Veterinary Assistance To Young Birds With No Visible External Injuries; 3) Catching And Euthanizing Animals With No Prospect Of Survival Or Providing Emergency Veterinary Assistance To Animals With Obvious External Injuries And Neurological Symptoms Such As: Convulsions, Ataxia Of Movement, Torticollis, And Transporting The Injured Animal For Further Treatment And Rehabilitation To An Animal Rehabilitation Center.
