1. Name Of The Task: Purchase Of Equipment For The District Road Authority In Wołów.2. The Subject Of The Order Is An Agricultural Tractor With A Front Loader Along With Accessories, I.E. Rear-Side Flail Mower, Snow Plow, Sand And Salt Spreader, Sweeper - It Must Be Brand New - Manufactured No Earlier Than 2023.3. A Detailed Technical Description Of The Subject Of The Order - I.E. The Minimum Technical And Functional Requirements Of An Agricultural Tractor With A Front Loader, A Rear-Side Flail Mower, A Snow Plow, A Sand And Salt Spreader, And A Sweeper Are Specified In Annexes No. 6, 6A, 6B, 6C, 6D To Swz.4 . The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Headquarters At His Own Expense.5. Other Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order1) The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Free Training For At Least 2 People (Simultaneously, Indicated By The Ordering Party) In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Service And Operation Of The Subject Of The Order.2) The Contractor Will Enable A Test Drive Of The Tractor On A Distance Of Up To 5 Km From The Ordering Partys Seat.3) The Warranty For The Agricultural Tractor Is - 24 Months. 4) The Warranty For The Accessories Is 12 Months. 5) The Supplier Will Perform The Required Periodic Inspections At His Own Expense And Will Provide The Necessary Consumables Needed For These Inspections 6) Periodic Inspections During The Warranty Period In The Place Where The Tractor And The Accessories Are Garaged, Warranty Service Performed Directly By The Contractor .7) The Contractor Must Provide At Least One Service Point In The Country, At A Distance Of No More Than 100 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters.8) Contractor Ensures During The Warranty Period: A) Service Response Time From The Moment Of Reporting - Max. 24 H, B) Time For The Service To Start Repairs After Notification - Max. 48 H, C) Report A Failure At Least: On Working Days From 7:15 – 14:45,D) Repair Time: Max. 10 Business Days From The Moment Of Reporting,E) Removal Of The Defect Or Failure At The Expense Of The Service, Including Possible Transport To The Service, Costs Of Parts And Labor.9) Place Of Delivery Of The Tractor With Accessories - District Roads Authority In Wołów, Ul. T. Kościuszki 27, 56 - 100 Wołów.10) The Cost Of Delivery Of The Tractor And Accessories Is Covered By The Contractor.11) The Tractor And Accessories Must Have The Necessary Documents And Equipment Allowing It To Be Used On The Road.12) The Delivered Tractor And Accessories Must Have The Following Documents: A ) Ec Certificate Of Conformity In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, B) A Set Of Other Documents Necessary To Register An Agricultural Tractor With A Loader And Equipment In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, C) A Set Of Keys In The Number Provided By The Manufacturer, D) Operating Manual In Polish (Tractor And Accessories) E) Spare Parts Catalog, F) Service Book In Polish, G) Warranty Card (Tractor And Accessories) ),
