This Framework Agreement Is A Single Service Award Framework Agreement, Divided Into Purchase Orders, In Application Of Articles R. 2162-2, R. 2162-4 2° To R. 2162-6, R.2162-13 And R.2162-14, Processed At Unit Prices Detailed In The Price Schedule, Or On The Basis Of Supplier Invoices Increased By The Multiplier Coefficient Indicated In The Bpu. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount But With An Annual Amount Of 250,000 Euros Excluding Tax. The Contract Is Not Awarded Within The Meaning Of Articles L.2113-10, L.2113-11, R.2113-2 And R.2113-3 Of The Public Procurement Code, Because The Object Does Not Allow The Identification Of Distinct Services. The Framework Agreement Takes Effect For A Period Of One (1) Year From Its Date Of Notification, Renewable Three (3) Times Tacitly, I.E. A Maximum Duration Of Four (4) Years.
